Window Repair...

Not every window needs a complete restoration (you do get a little more bang for you buck that way but still......).  Maintenance of your windows can include the following:


Exterior

  • Work is done onsite

  • failing putty is removed

  • failing paint is scraped and sanded

  • bare areas are primed

  • glass is cleaned

  • windows are puttied

  • putty is spot primed and the entire window is painted

Interior

  • failing paint is scraped and sanded, primed and finished

  • hardware can be replaced or restored

  • new ropes or sash chain can be installed

  • new parting beads can be installed

  • weather stripping can be installed

  • windows can be freed from sticking

  • glass cleaned
